Orchard Peach BBQ Sauce

Summer is here, and you know what that means? Barbecue!Â
There's nothing quite like a hot summer day—sitting outside, sipping on a glass of iced tea, and savoring the sweet sounds of chirping birds and the smoky aroma of a grill. Â
One underrated delight of summer is grilled fruit. Have you ever tasted grilled pineapple? Or better yet, grilled peaches? Â Â
Summer brings the joy of fresh fruits, especially peaches, and one highly celebrated holiday, the Fourth of July. BBQ and the Fourth of July go hand in hand, especially with a cold glass of iced tea, too. So, we thought, why not combine all these wonderful things together? Â
With aprons in hand, we created an Orchard Peach BBQ sauce that fulfilled all our rich, BBQ and grilled peach dreams. Â

Orchard Peach BBQ SauceÂ
Ingredients:Â
- 1.5 cups Orchard Peach Tea ConcentrateÂ
- ½ cup brown sugarÂ
- ¼ cup hot sauceÂ
- 1 cup ketchupÂ
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustardÂ
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauceÂ
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegarÂ
- 1 Tbs olive oilÂ
- 1 tsp garlic powderÂ
- ½ tsp onion powderÂ
- 1 tsp saltÂ
Instructions:Â
- In a small-medium saucepot, add brown sugar to the hot tea concentrate and stir until dissolved.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the tea and brown sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Set the pot on medium-high heat, and simmer for 45 minutes to blend the flavors, stirring occasionally. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little water.
- After 45 minutes, let it cool, then transfer to your desired container (we used a pint jar). Store for up to 1 week.
