I love a good chai tea, and this is one is quickly becoming my favorite. It has a sweetness to it that’s not overwhelming but cuts the spiciness that chai sometimes has. I love sipping in the evening with a good book!

I love chai, but I was skeptical about a tea with sweet potato as the first ingredient. This is delicious - like dessert in a cup. It is particularly good with a teaspoon of Runamok ginger- or cardamom-infused maple syrup added. I could drink it all day. And I have!
